What's the difference between a 205 and a 205-4? Mine has a Japanese engine (S-107). Can parts be found for this engine? Worst case, is there a more readily available replacement engine available?

the 205-4 is 4wd. Therefore the engine should be the same. As you may know this tractor was made by Toyosho/Hinomoto, so if you need engine parts you can start talking to grey market folks who sell Hinimotos. I am sure you can find an engine, at what cost......i dont know. ....

It looks like finding parts for the S107 might be a little difficult. Would a Perkins engine fit? If so, which model? Would it require any modification? Thanks for the help. ....
